Easy Aronia berry Pie Ingredients: - 1 single pie crust - 4 cups aroniaberries - 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 2 (tbs.) flour - 1/8 of (tsp.) salt - 2 eggs, beaten - 1/4 cup whipping cream Directions: Combine eggs, sugar, salt and flour. Stir in the aronia berries. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Slowly pour whipping cream over the top, being sure to cover the entire area. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake a further for 50 minutes until filling is set.
